At the beginning of this year, I started using a creativity journal that I made for myself. At first, it was about 8 pages long. Now it has grown to be a 30 page journal!
My creativity journal is a place where I can explore different creative ideas, doodle, set intentions, and keep track of how I was expressing my creative energy, or not.
I have really enjoyed going to these page and adding a little bit of color, a quote here and there, intentions for the month, personal symbols I am working with, and lots more things.
In August, I will be sharing over on my Ko-Fi page how I work with the journal, and how I continue to keep myself motivated to do my creative practice every day.
I posted an updated version of the journal on Ko-Fi, feel free to print yourself a copy and follow along with me over on Ko-Fi.
I hope to see you there!
